Our Policies

In order to keep our costs down, we expect you to pay in full at the time of your visit.

Insurance

Our insurance patients should be expected to pay their copay (could be a percentage or flat rate). Some policies may require you to pay for all the charges in full until your deductible has been met. Please talk with us about your situation; it is possible that it may be more beneficial to you to not have us file your insurance claim.

Non-Insurance

We offer a Time of Service Discount (TOSD) to everyone who pays for their services in full at the time of the service AND does not file for insurance reimbursement. The administrative costs to file insurance are significant and we are able to offer a discount to those for whom we do not file.

We also offer a Membership Plan for those without insurance to help with budgeting for their health care costs.

Appointments

Please keep your appointment. Appointments that are missed by you are appointments that another patient could have used to help alleviate their pain and suffering. Please be respectful of others and give as much notice as possible.
