Membership Plan

This plan is set up to help those individuals who do not have insurance coverage and for those individuals for whom insurance will not cover non-acute, chronic, preventive or maintenance care.  The plan covers the chiropractic adjustment. Certain services that are deemed necessary will be included at no additional cost to the patient. Individuals who do not have an established relationship with the Center for Family Wellness, will have to undergo an initial consultation and examination.
