Making Your Appointment On-Line

We use an on-line appointment service to schedule and manage our appointments. You can schedule your appointment by clicking on the Schedule Your Appointment Now button located in the left panel of each web page.  Please note that we share this calendar with the Center for Family Wellness (my office in Winston-Salem).

In order to use the on-line appointment book, you will need to register first by clicking the Register button. This will allow you to create your own user-name and password. This system will use your e-mail address to verify appointments made, as well as send you an e-mail reminder two days prior to your appointment.

After registering, you may make your appointment by clicking on the Make Appointment button. At this time you can use the instructions box to let us know if you have any particular health concerns as well as giving us administrative information (e.g. indicating insurance changes or requesting a bill).

If you are ill or injured and need a “same day” appointment, but the schedule is full, please call us at 336-760-9355 and we will return your call and try to fit you in.

On-line cancellations cannot be made less than 24 hours in advance. If something comes up and you must cancel, please call our office.
